1. Who we are

Lixelra Capital S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Lixelra", "we") is a company incorporated in the Argentine Republic with registered office at Av. Carballo 245, 6th floor, Puerto Norte, Rosario, Province of Santa Fe. Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71856492-3. We are the data controller of the personal data collected through lixelra.com and its associated real estate crowdlending platform.

2. Applicable framework

Personal data processing is governed by Argentine Personal Data Protection Act 25,326, its supplementary rules and the provisions of the Public Information Access Agency. For users located in the European Union, we apply on a supplementary basis the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

3. Data we collect

We collect: (i) identification data (first name, last name, ID document, tax ID); (ii) contact data (email, phone, address); (iii) financial data and investment profile, where applicable; (iv) technical data (IP address, device type, cookies); and (v) any voluntary information you submit through our forms.

4. Purposes of processing

We process your data to: (a) assess and reply to your inquiries; (b) operate and improve the platform; (c) comply with legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations; (d) send you communications about live rounds, always with your prior consent; (e) generate aggregate performance metrics.

5. Legal basis

The legal bases that enable processing are: consent of the data subject, contract execution or pre-contractual measures, applicable legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the platform against fraud.

6. Third parties and international transfers

We may share data with technology providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors) acting as data processors on our behalf. Whenever such sharing implies an international transfer, we implement adequate safeguards under Disposition 60-E/2016.

7. Retention periods

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil the stated purposes and, where applicable, during the periods required by accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering regulations (up to 10 years after the end of the relationship).

8. Data subject rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, erasure and objection by writing to inversiones@lixelra.com. The Public Information Access Agency, acting as control authority under Act 25,326, is entitled to receive complaints and claims.

9. Information security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts, segregation of production environments and periodic access audits.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will be published together with the last update date on this same page.
