Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 12, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using lixelra.com and its associated services, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any point, please stop browsing and using the platform.

2. Purpose of the platform

Lixelra provides a technological infrastructure that lets individual investors participate — via secured loan contracts or trust structures — in the financing of audited real estate projects. The platform is not a financial entity nor does it act as a personalised investment advisor.

3. Registration and eligibility

To operate you must be at least 18 years old, hold an active CUIT/CUIL tax ID and provide accurate information during identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML/CFT) processes.

4. Nature of the investment

Each project is structured as an independent economic unit. Projected returns are estimates based on a technical and financial analysis; they are not guaranteed and may vary depending on market evolution and construction execution.

5. Fees

Lixelra earns an origination fee and a success fee over the returns effectively distributed. Every fee is explicitly disclosed in the project sheet before you confirm the operation.

6. Withdrawal and liquidity

Committed capital remains locked for the project term. Where a secondary market is enabled, the transfer of participations will be subject to counterparty availability and the conditions published in the operational rules.

7. Intellectual property

All content published on the site (brand, texts, images, source code, dossiers) is owned by Lixelra or its licensors. Its total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Misuse

It is forbidden to: (i) attempt to breach system security; (ii) use the platform for unlawful or immoral purposes; (iii) impersonate another user. Any breach may result in suspension or cancellation of the corresponding account.

9. Limitation of liability

Lixelra shall not be liable for losses arising from: (a) investment decisions taken by the user; (b) interruptions due to force majeure; (c) content published by third parties. Liability for direct breaches is limited to the amount effectively committed in the project related to the claim.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the City of Rosario, Province of Santa Fe, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
